Tuition & Fees 2026-27

The following tuition and fees will be charged to applying and enrolling families for the 2026-27 school year.

Early Education

Tuition

  • 3YR Old – 3 Day (M/W/F): $3,560
  • 3YR Old – 4 Day (M-Th): $4,530
  • 3YR Old – 5 Day (M-F): $5,450
  • PK – 4 Day (M-Th): $4,530
  • PK – 5 Day (M-F): $5,450
  • TK – 5 Day (M-F): $5,570

Fees

  • Application Fee: $125 (non-refundable)
  • Enrollment Fee: $125 (non-refundable)

Elementary, Middle & High School (Grades K – 12)

Tuition

  • Elementary (K-5): $10,900
  • Middle School (6-8): $11,300
  • High School (9-12): $11,300

Fees

  • Application Fee: $125 (non-refundable)
  • Enrollment Fee: $375 (non-refundable)

Discounts

Annual Tuition Discount

Families who choose to pay tuition in full by June 20, 2026 (or within 30 days of enrollment), will receive a 2% discount per student.

GCC Partner Discount

Grace Covenant Church partners receive a $250 tuition discount per student. This applies to official church partners as determined by church records. Official partnership is obtained through participation in Grace Track and completion of all required forms.

Multi-Sibling Discounts

Families enrolling multiple students at GCA will receive a 4% discount for all siblings of the eldest child enrolled at the school.

Ministry Discounts (non-GCC/GCA)

Senior Pastors can receive a 25% discount per student.

Financial Assistance

*Please note that scholarships cannot be combined.

  • GCA is a participating school in the North Carolina Opportunity Scholarship. Families who are recipients of these funds are able to use those to provide assistance for tuition for our K-12 program. Opportunity Scholarship applications for the 2026-2027 school year will open on February 2, 2026. The Opportunity Scholarship will be applied prior to any other discounts and scholarships cannot be combined.

  • GCA provides financial assistance for families in need through our Warrior Scholarship program. Applications are accepted March 1 – March 31, 2026. All families applying for financial assistance must complete our online scholarship application as well as an application to Grace Covenant Academy to determine need in order to be considered for a Warrior Scholarship. Scholarship awards are limited to a maximum of 50% tuition and are only given to K-12 students. Please note that the Warrior Scholarship cannot be combined with the Opportunity Scholarship.

  • North Carolina’s Education Student Accounts (ESA+) program is available to meet the needs of students with disabilities. Funds may be used to pay tuition and fees at GCA, and for expenses such as speech therapy, tutoring services, and educational technology. The Education Student Accounts (ESA+) Program application for the 2025-2026 school year will open on February 1, 2025. The priority deadline is March 1. The application may remain open after March 1, subject to the availability of funds; in addition, scholarships cannot be combined.
