Pre–Kindergarten classes are designed to prepare your child for kindergarten. Each week Pre-K students focus on a particular letter of the alphabet and its phonetic sound, discover mathematical skills and concepts through hands-on activities and begin the fine motor tasks which promote proper pencil grip and letter formation.
Pre-K students also enjoy a variety of additional activities such as center time, arts and craft activities, trips to the school library, weekly Motion and Movement classes, and two outdoor recesses daily.
Character lessons and discussions center around Bible characters and stories that convey the truth of God’s Word and His loving plans for us. Weekly Early Ed Chapels are active, engaging, and reinforce these truths through preschool worship songs and gifted storytellers.
Enrichment themes offer additional opportunities for mini-lessons in social studies and natural science as we discover animals, people, and wonders of this amazing world God created.
Students must be 4 years old on or before August 31 of the current school year to qualify for Pre-Kindergarten.
We offer the following Pre–Kindergarten class options:
4-Day (M–Th)
5-Day (M–F)
