Leadership Team

Rich Landis holds his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Catawba College and has his Master’s Degree in Theology of Christian Education from Vision International University. Since graduating, Rich has worked for SouthLake Christian Academy in Huntersville NC, North Raleigh Christian Academy in Raleigh NC, Calvary Day School in Winston Salem, NC, and Grace Covenant Academy, prior to his promotion to Head of School.

Rich assumed the position of Grace Covenant Academy Head of School in May 2023. With 30+ years in Christian Education with experience in the classroom, with athletics and in administration, Rich has a proven track record of bringing stability, wisdom, and integrity to all programs he engages. Rich’s deep love for God is evident in all aspects of his life, pouring over into his passion for Kingdom Education and the families and staff of GCA.

Rich and his wife of 37 years, Martha, are natives of the Lake Norman area and have two adult children, Anna and Richard, and two grandchildren.
