Originally from Texas, Kim Goodwin moved to North Carolina in 2001 to launch Grace Covenant Academy.  Prior to beginning GCA, Kim worked in public education both as a teacher and principal.  Now with 14 years of experience in the education field and the growth of GCA, Kim oversees all operations of the school.  

Mrs. Goodwin received her Bachelors degree in Education from Howard Payne University and her Masters degree from Texas Women’s University in Educational Leadership.  More importantly, her love for children and passion to see them nurtured and excited about learning in a Christian environment is what makes her job so fulfilling! 

Kim and her husband, Jesse, spend all of their free time enjoying their precious little boy, Luke.
