Lia Bush earned a dual degree of Bachelor of Arts in elementary education and Bachelor of Science in Spanish education from Grove City College, PA. She graduated cum laude in December 2008 and spent the remainder of the school year as a substitute for grades K - 8 in four different parochial schools in the inner city of Pittsburgh.  Newly married this summer to husband, Josh, Lia moved to the area in June of 2009.  She is so excited to call Charlotte home!!

Lia feels so blessed that the Lord has brought her to GCA and cannot wait to get to know the students and staff. She is an enthusiastic, dedicated teacher whose teaching philosophy is centered on individualizing instruction to meet the needs of each student. She loves to learn and believes that building relationships is the foundation to inspiring minds.
