Checklist to Enrollment:
1. Attend a Grace Covenant Academy open house or schedule an appointment with the Director.
2. Provide the following:
Prior school records/most recent report card (Excluding Pre-K)
3. On February 21, a decision will be made regarding the need for a lottery. If the school receives more prospective student applications than the number of available spots, a lottery process will take place on February 21. Preference will be given in the following order: siblings of GCA students followed by Grace Covenant Church members. (Grace Covenant Church membership is attained through a formal process which begins with a Partnership class.) In an effort to maintain a balanced boy/girl ratio, GCA reserves the right to make placement in accordance with that balance.
4. The academy office will call families selected from the lottery to schedule an academic evaluation. The testing fee is $50.
The academic evaluation, along with prior school records will be used to determine acceptance and placement. If accepted, the notification will include a registration packet and information regarding tuition and registration fee. The packet will be given a return date which will extend no more than 1 week. Upon completion of this process and the acceptance of all information by the Administration, the student is considered enrolled.
